In case of bad function or failure, in 24 hours from the check of it, we’ll provide to substitute or to repair the same.
About the assurance: In Italy legislation the lift trucks ( and generally all heavy work instruments ) does’nt have to be covered by any insurance policy; this means that they can’t be driven along public streets or areas equally ruled.
At last, the responsability is entrusted to the buyer of the instrument / service, included the theft, the civil and penal liability and the fire of it.
It’s important to say that this policy is applicated by all promoters of these kind of services.
